We have stayed at John's unit several times over the past couple of years. It's very convenient for us as it's just a few blocks from our daughter's house. We love having so much space and two bathrooms is a real plus! No snow on this trip but in the winter being able to park in the underground garage is fantastic. The building is very quiet - the beds are comfortable - the water is nice and hot in the showers. We look forward to staying there again.

I was back in Oshkosh for a business trip, and stayed in one of John‘s apartment again. Everything was just right, just like last time, and next time I will stay here again, if a apartment is available. Very good communication, clean room, easy to access, underground garage with own door opener, wash machine for laundry, office desk, silent place. It’s just good.

Nice clean apartment. Well located. Quiet area. Several disappointments: wall to wall carpet has multiple unsightly stains; recommend replacing with hard flooring. Master Bathroom Door: loose screws on door frame, made for loose door with awkward opening/closing. Several table lamps not working. Kitchen: no cooking knives, steak knives only. Only 4 forks, 2 of which are made of plastic. Fridge door seal is unglued. Hood Fan does not exhaust to outdoors, blows air inside kitchen, so while cooking, the smoke alarm was triggered multiple times (poor neighbours!). No Salt&Pepper shakers. Only one coffee cup. For the almost 5000$ paid for one week, we were expecting better.
