The appartment is located in a special place, near the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed everything. The rooms were comfortable an equipped with all what we need. We definitely recommend it. Hasan gave us many tips and advices to enjoy our stay on Kos. Thanks Hasan, you are an excelent host.
wonderful stays
We enjoyed our visit at Nissi Beach. The apartment locates at area, which is peaceful e.g. no disturbing traffic noise. The second floor apartment is completely renowed, spacious and clean. It is close to beach and just short 1 km walking distance to the Kos city center area. Our hosts were helpful. It is easy to recommend this apartment.
Our stay at Nissi Beach House was amazing. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped, and only a few meters from the beach. The Nissi Beach is simply incredible, great food and drinks, excellent staff and service, comfortable sunbeds and clean. We couldn’t have wished better holiday than Nissi Beach in Kos. Highly recommended for everyone!

The apartment is located very close to Lambi beach(50m). Lambi beach is quite close to the town of Kos, it attracts a large number of tourists, and it is therefore fully organized, with sunbeds and umbrellas all along its length. There is a wide variety of beach bars, snack bars so you will have the chance to enjoy the sunshine and the amazing Aegean Sea at the comfort of a sunbed holding your cocktail or having a snack. Near the apartment are a bakery, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. It is a 5 min walk to Kos city, you may visit Kos harbor to book day trips to the close islands or visit Hippocrates tree, Medieval Castle of Kos, Oldtown, Eleftherias Square.
Kos is called the island of the bicycle. Cycling is a great way to discover the island, as are many bicycle routes all along with the Lambi area. Kos town and Psalidi.It is a good idea to rent a car or motorcycle for 1-2 days to explore the different beaches around the island.

Kos, one of Greece's Dodecanese islands, is known for its abundant sandy beaches.It's also rich with Greek and Roman landmarks , particularly in and around Kos town.
