Buongiorno, casa in ordine è pulita in una zona molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina al mare. Unica pecca secondo me la mancanza della climatizzazione che nelle nottate più calde sarebbe servita. ci tornerei.

The house was great! In beautiful warm weather would be good, we went in April and was windy and too cool to swim. Oliver's team did a great job with upgrading us for no cost when something went wrong the day before our arrival on our first house we booked nearby. Thankful for this. The house was spotless. We liked our stay, and was ready to give a 5 star review until I got an email (with "coupon" incintive) on how we MUST give a 5 star review for the algorithm of airbnb and future guests finding it and their houses staying with top reviews only. I would like to say all if the reviews are fake- if the customer wants to actually give a nice review let them ON THEIR OWN- if not, it is a FAKE review. Not very professional. Also with it being a team of professionals- all the interactions felt cold and like you were dealing with a corporation- every communication was wth a different person. They were nice, but we felt we had to scrub our way to a spotless house when we left or would have to pay some high fee for leaving one crumb on the ground, if we didn't want to pay the high cleaning fee. We are clean people and I worried about being charged for something extra... because we are dealing with a corporation who is hosting us. Not so relaxing for leaving.

The location is perfect, we were alone but not far from the beach (by car). The agency was fully available, even late at night, for any request we could have. If needed, one of their team member was always available to come. The maintenance of the pool was made every 2 to 3 days, so we did not have to care about it. The house was clean, well-equipped and perfect for 6 guests. I recommend it 100%
