The Tree House sits atop Itanhangá hill, overlooking lagoons and Barra beach. Its original wood flooring and glass interior provide ample space for rest, relaxation, and socialization. The floor to ceiling windows showcase a panoramic view of the Atlantic forest and aforementioned lagoons and beaches whilst ushering in natural sunlight. The home features a natural waterfall that flows from the mountains into a pleasant natural pool, just on the side of the main floor. The house is divided across several different levels, including a rotating car port, service quarters, main level, rooftop of the main floor. The second building houses two bedrooms with included baths and the masters suit on its second floor. Nested on the hill and in the forest, the house provides both privacy and space to mingle, with glass covered stairs that bridges the rooms of the house and the nature around it. Given the altitude of the homes location, access requires driving or walking up a very steep ramp and several flights of stairs. The equivalent of 4 floors of stairs leads to it's interior. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM. Only in the bedrooms. PAY ATTENTION TO THE POOL DESCRIPTION: Our pool is natural and completely surrounded by trees, with a waterfall that flows from the mountains. Although we take great care to keep the pool crystal clear there will always be leaves, from the natural surroundings. When it rains, obviously, the pool fills with fresh water from the waterfall.
