The house seemed very clean upon arrival. I appreciate her having towels, linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies at the home. Cute fenced in yard with porch and patio furniture. We chose her house because it's pet friendly, and I loved that there were doggy bowls. Amazing water pressure in the shower! It is a quaint and comfortable house, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The negatives: the street the house is on, looks very trashy. Houses in disrepair, cats running around everywhere. The smell of cat urine is so strong at the front door and basically everywhere outside the home. There was a thick layer of dust on the headboard in the first room, that I cleaned. There are ceiling cobwebs throughout the house. The blinds felt sticky. The back bedroom has a leak coming from the roof. After a few hours we began noticing a sewage smell off and on. Some of my complaints are out of the owners control. It's an ok house. Price should be a little lower in my opinion.

The home on the inside was as pictured and was close to the lake. However, the neighborhood was not what I expected. Many homes were in need of structural repair and I thought the price was a bit high considering the location.

We enjoyed our stay with Lady Stephanie. She was very responsive and kind. The place was BEAUTIFUL inside. Such a quaint, peaceful home. She really did think of everything! Felt right at home. Look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities we needed. Quite street, plenty of parking, a nice private outdoor space, and was within walking distance to our favorite bars and restaurants. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips to the lake!
