We really enjoyed our stay!It is perfect for 2 or 3 couples or a family. The pool and screened in porch were great. It was clean & they provided plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. The draw backs for us were the beds. We invite the host to come in and try to spend one night on any of them. They all need to be replaced with the exception of the queen bed upstairs. Both king beds were horrible. The pool was nice but the patio furniture was uncomfortable, cheap and some of it broken. Lounger chairs with cushions would be a great improvement. The upstairs balcony off the master bedroom is a wonderful space for watching the sunset but is totally unusable because there’s not one piece of furniture out there. For the amount it costs to rent, the owners need provide some comfortable furniture. It would make all the difference! The tree next to the pool drops lots of leaves & clogs the skimmer daily. We asked for a broom but it was never delivered. Great house, but needs TLC.

This house is clean and located in a nice location to see the keys. The place was spacious and the furniture was appropriate and well taken care of. The pool was nice. We paid extra to heat it and was nice to relax in. The frustrating part of this house is that is managed by a company so you miss the extras often provided by an actual owner. We were provided one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had to go out and get soap because only one of the bathrooms had soap. We were provided 3 garbage bags for a week stay with 7 people. It seems to me the least they could provide is cleaning products and supplies to help maintain their property. There was some dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent, which actually looked like it may have been left by past guests. They require you to do 3 loads of laundry, I feel this is a little excessive. They leave you 3 pods to do those loads. There were a few maintenance issues. Also you have physical keys instead of a code which is inconvenient.

The house and location are beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool is very private and clean. We come to the keys every year and this was by far the best rental we have had. The place is beautiful and spacious. It made for an amazing family trip.

Beautiful home. Located in a quiet area of marathon. We enjoyed our visit. Key pick up was easy. Check out even easier. We would return.

The best part of this property to me aside from the location, which is easily accessible to everything on Marathon, was the screened in porch overlooking the bay. I ate breakfast and lunch there often. Very chill. Overall this is a nice place to stay. Some minor drawbacks The house is showing signs of age. Everything functions so no worries. The pots and pans are nonstick but scratched up, which is worrisome to me. The kitchen prep knives are dull and there is no sharpening steel. I think you’ll find this is a good place to kick back with friends and family.
