Had a great stay! Apartment was just as described. Location is great, very centrally located to many different parts of the city. Short walk to many cafes/bars/attractions, and close to the La Latina metro station for anything that's outside walking distance. José Luis was very communicative and helpful with providing recommendations of things to do and see in the city. Wifi was fast and reliable if you need to do any work. Having the little outdoor garden area was really nice (it's shared with the other 2 units). Kitchen had all the basics for cooking. Overall would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jose’s loft. It was close to the bus and metro stops. There were many restaurants and grocery near by. The rooms were clean and quiet and there was a nice shared courtyard

José place was the perfect choice to stay in the Madrid. I stayed there for one month! The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet but at the same time the location is next to the city center. The place itself feels really comfortable and feels at home. It has everything for short or longer term stays and even has it's own backyard! José was kind and always responsive with any of my questions. I would definitely stay there again. I would stay again! This combination of location and apartment quality is unique. 10/10

This was my second time to stay at José Luis's. And if I am lucky enough to go to Madrid again, I will look to stay with José Luis a third time. Perfect place and great host. Spotless apartment, great kitchen, comfy bed. I have no higher compliment to pay other than to say that I immediately look for José Luis to see if his place is available before I book my flights to Madrid.

We liked this place. It is central with lots of things to do within walkable distance. Please check the checkin time, there might be a fee if you arrive too late. But other than that, our host is welcoming and friendly. The place has good wifi for working as well!
