What a stay! The property is stunning both inside and out - we spent all 3 days outside until our last night when stormy skies led to us sitting inside, and we all commented on how cosy it would be in cooler months. The drive isn’t for the faint hearted but with a rental car it is fine and shouldn’t put people off. We couldn’t believe how friendly our lovely hosts were and quickly showed us everything we needed to get started! The property is so well equipped especially the kitchen (both indoor and outdoor) - the ice maker is SUCH a perfect touch and was definitely needed. The location and view is just stunning - we all felt so lucky watching the beautiful sunset over Split and we would all happily return or recommend to others.

Nina and Petar, thank you from us all for the lovely warm welcome we received on arrival to your stunning villa, which has the most amazing views of Split, whatever time of day or evening from the infinity pool and huge terrace. The drive up and down the winding roads of the mountain was certainly worth it! A great base to visit the beautiful coast especially Stobrec and of course the amazing buzzing city of Split. Handy to have parking just outside the villa too. We loved the restaurant (20 yards away) which we visited 2 evenings out of our 5 night stay, situated next to the beautiful church. Wonderful family memories. Thanks again

Nina & Petar are fantastic hosts. Very personable and responsive and the in-person check-in and check-out were a nice touch. The old stone house is immaculate and the views are spectacular. The private pool was a huge hit for our family along with the whole outdoor space. Close to the larger towns by car with plenty of eating choices close by. Would highly recommend these hosts and this beautiful property.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable Airbnb in Croatia, overlooking the picturesque city of Split. Our experience was nothing short of delightful, and we are filled with warm appreciation for our host, Nina, and her husband Petar who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Nina's kind and helpful nature made us feel incredibly welcome. She went out of her way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The private and peaceful ambiance of the house provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority for our hosts, as the house was spotless in every aspect. Within walking distance of the Airbnb, we discovered two amazing restaurants that exceeded our expectations. It was a joy to explore the local dining scene without having to venture far from our cozy retreat. Thank you, to our hosts, for creating such a wonderful retreat!

The Old Stone House is a magical place to relax & unwind. The view, the pool, outdoor kitchen - everything was perfect. Very well equipped with everything you could need, and for those who look at details, impeccably constructed! Nina was an amazing host, accommodating our very late check-in, which was also more than 24 hours late. Super friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this Croatian getaway!
