The best self catering holiday property we've ever stayed at

The house overlooks the beach, with privacy as the living room is on the first floor. Easy parking, easy access to the rooms, well laid out kitchen. Supper watching the sunset over the sea was a bonus. PERFECT for a seaside visit with a bit of luxury and all within a short hike of Aberystwyth.

We arrived in a howling wind and torrential rain, but the house quickly warmed up and was cosy to be in All equipment worked - including Sky Sports - husband was thrilled. Tŷ Traeth is in a perfect spot for walking the Coast and Aberystwyth with good supermarkets and restaurants is minutes away by car. Clarach beach was a good spot for an evening stroll with the dog and Brian was always on the end of the phone. He arrived in minutes when we had a problem with a door. Thank you Brian we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Wow what can I say about this amazing Air BnB Brian you have a wonderful and beautiful home the amenities are exceptional, location is fantastic looking out to the sea In the morning was a plus. Great good package on arrival Rooms are excellent We will definitely be back to this fantastic place Thank you once again We loved our stay

Right on the beach, great location. Kids had loads of fun. Was nice to have food options close by from the caravan park along the lane so great if you didn’t feel like cooking. Fish and chips on your private balcony overlooking the beach was lovely. Also a small shop nearby with good choice of things. Welcome package of milk, butter, bread and cakes was a nice surprise. Thank you!
