Location is awesome. Off property restaurants are within walking distance. Property has several pools to choose from, a water slide, and waterfall. 3-4 hot tubs. Get to the pools early if you want to have time to snag chairs, they go fast. The lagoons are amazing, great for the kids to learn to snorkel and see fish and turtles, play etc. Easy for parents to grab beach chairs and watch the kids play. Kids enjoyed feeding the Koi fish (costs $1). There are 2 main restaurants on the property (Longhi’s and Longboard) both had fairly decent food. Laundry was on the floor so that was nice during a 10 day stay. We could hear the neighbors constantly, and people walking by/down the hallway, that was the only thing we didn’t appreciate. We ran into a small issue with the reservation and had to move rooms but Brianna was in contact with us and helped where she could. Overall, this was a great place for my wife and I, 2 kids that are 9 and 5. They absolutely loved it! We’ll be back in Jan!
