Beautiful home. Unit for rent is a full downstairs private area. Excellent windows, gas fireplace, nice bathroom, kitchenette, two beds available, and your own living room. Quiet street. Alyona hosted a comfortable environment to stay for our weekend. Friendly dog as a pet in the home that stayed upstairs.

Travelled for a small conference from europe to seattle. The appartement was easy to access with a door code from Alyona. At arrival nice chat with the male resident upstairs. During stay easy access by garagedoor wit remote. Car parked by the house. So had a good stay.

You basically have the entire downstairs of the house. Very comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend staying here.

Alyona was very accommodating when we needed to change our dates at the last minute due to bad winter weather that changed our travel plans. The space is very roomy and comfy - plenty big enough if you want to have one or two people sleeping in the bedroom and one in the living room. It felt very private from the rest of the house, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

She was very nice. Once checked in response was kinda slow. They were very loud walking and talking upstairs past 11 at night. No trash bags in any garbage cans. Cup holders on the couch were very dirty. We ran out of tp not even a half roll in the bathroom when we checked in. So glad we have travel tp in our car! We searched everywhere found none. Messaged her early no response. She finally messaged after we had checked out saying it was on a shelf? The kitchen was super minimal you had one dinner plate and misc. other items. No coffee. If you have a pet it’s nice to be able to bring it, down side is there is no private entrance so if your dog needs to go out early morning you have to go back through to the house. It made me uncomfortable to have to go back through at 4 in the morning trying not to wake them. She has quite hours but doesn’t follow them either?Overall she’s nice but the apartment is lacking and the noise was super frustrating. Although the shower was awesome.
