Marie and her family were the best hosts! We were in town from TN to witness the solar eclipse--as part of a 7-year plan to go as a family to experience something extraordinary. The cabin is very homey and super clean! The property is part of a serene and working farm. We were greeted inside by farm-fresh eggs (delicious) and a Solar Eclipse Survival Kit! (Moon pies, Star-Crunch Cookies, Eclipse T-shirt, Solar glasses)- How thoughtful is that?! Marie/husband swung by on our 2nd or 3rd day to check in with us which was really nice of them (and not intrusive at all--Very respectful for those wanting privacy). We felt very much at home and safe there and the purpose of our trip (to witness/film the solar eclipse) was easily accommodated by the cabin and grounds. We made great memories here! If you love nature there is a walking trail just in front. If you love farm surroundings this delivers or if you just need peace and respite-- This place is highly recommended!

Such a beautiful cabin! We felt like it was much prettier in person than the pictures… new, cozy, and spacious. We loved the fresh eggs and honey as well!

Our second time here, we love it! Cleanliness is definitely a priority for Marie and it is so appreciated. Hope to stay again soon!

Overall a good place to stay closer to family over Christmas. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking and baking utensils. Updated place

I can’t say enough about how happy we were with Marie’s cabin. I am somewhat of a clean freak and I was completely at ease here. Everything seemed especially well taken care of and was so comfortable. We will definitely be back. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
