For our annual family vacation this was a great place for us to get away, relax and spend time together. The 14 of us were able to eat together around one table. We all had a great time on the zip line. We enjoyed the kayaks and canoes, fire pit and swings. We also were appreciative that we could visit the farm animals. The hosts were very responsive. We highly recommend this location for a large family gathering.

It was absolutely beautiful!! This is definitely my wife and my dream home without doubt. Nature on all sides, as if you were in a slice of Heaven on earth. It felt like you were completely disconnecting, and taking a trip back in time in the early 1900’s, yet had all the amenities of today. Truly an experience we are eager to relive. My whole family of 7 had a blast (kids ages 12 to 21). The fishing was phenomenal, and the kids enjoyed everything from kayaking and canoeing, to zip-lining and watching the chickens and goats. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

This was an excellent getaway for our extended family. Highly recommend for those looking for a quiet retreat with plenty of space and outdoor activities for larger groups.

This is a beautiful log home on a beautiful property. Rolling fields in the front, woods and lake in the back. The stars at night were gorgeous. There was so much room to spread out. The living room had two couches with seating for 10. Ample parking. The hosts were so nice and friendly. Cadillac is a short 20 minute drive. We had a lot of fun and would like to see all four Michigan seasons from here! We will be back.
