It was a fantastic stay. The condo was in a great location and very clean. The only issue was a dirty plate on the shelf next to the fridge. We would have no problems booking again. Having a garage and beach gear was also a plus. The condo is within walking distance from Kings and Queens shops, which have stores and a marketplace. There is also a beach 5 minutes away with a club.

The J22 condo in Waikoloa Beach area was a great location. It was across the street from two shopping areas - so getting dinner or snacks at the Island Gourmet Marketplace was super easy and convenient. It was also a short walk to the beach, the Marriot and the Hilton Resort. Perfect location on the sunny side of the island! Our garage and TV remotes had dead batteries so we had to run out to get those but Resortica was quick to send us a refund for those! Any question we had they were prompt, friendly and quick to help us! We had an incredible family Christmas on the Big Island - and we loved this condo! It was a very big and spacious 2 bedroom with comfortable beds, top notch washer and dryer which was incredibly convenient, a nice grill for bbqing, and beach chairs and beach towels which we definitely needed. This Airbnb is perfect!!! We were so happy and comfortable here! The property is gorgeous. Loved the pools!!! Loved the beautiful and peaceful view from the lanai. Beds were super comfy and I’m picky! Great location close to beaches and markets. Great hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

No need to look any further. This Waikoloa Beach Villa is "your home away from home" on the Big Island. It is exactly like the photographs and when you first walk in, you'll notice how clean everything is and the amazing view of the golf course. Very spacious, clean, with lots of amenities from beach gear to in unit washer/dryer, BBQ grill on lanai and tons of kitchen goodies (rice cooker, pots/pans/coffee maker, etc..). It is centrally located so we travelled to Hilo and to the Kona areas. It's very close to shopping (right across the street), restaurants, and of course, the beach where we watched the sunset everyday. We would definitely recommend this place again. it's easy access to/from the airport too.
