To begin with, the location set on AirBnB was off by 10KM and took 30 minutes of hillside driving to reach the correct location. The Listing was accurate enough and the place was beautiful and at the end of the day the location was scenic. However the place had ants and spiders which caused a little inconvenience. My recommendation: 1. Get the location correct on AirBnB 2. Get the place clean of ants and spiders. 3. Add some more chairs and table for people to sit 4. give some option to get rid of flies for enjoying the evening outside.

Property is not in Lansedown, its about 10 kms further but on plains, hence no feeling of hill station. Its almost like staying at any other city, as far as temp is concerned. They have air conditioner in one bed room but due to power cut almost its off. Villa is not as premium shown in pics. its like low budget accommodation. Food quality and service are too good,its value for money. Mobile Network is also a big problem. Still I am great full to host Mr. Jatin who agreed and made partial refund for 2 days as we were not comfortable to stay further for booking period. Thanks

The best part has to be the view from your window / lawn. It was very peaceful and resort staff is polite as well. Property is far from lansdowne market / main lansdowne area though.

While the location of the home is about 4 kms from Landsdowne, it's on the secluded side of the hill which was a great experience. However, the Staff is undertrained and the BnB wasn't maintained properly it was dusty from inside and the dishes were left unclean. We ordered local dishes to be made and the Chef did a really good of that. All in all, I wouldn't pay the hefty price tag per night over here, you can easily find cheaper options with more amenities.
