Older house but done up right! This house was perfect for our needs. The owners realize it’s an older, dated manufactured home. Wood paneling on every wall. Don’t let that turn you away. They’ve gone to great effort to make sure it’s outfitted with new or newer furniture and is clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable beds with 2 queens and a king all in separate rooms. King was a huge plus as many houses go with queens only. A laundry room with separate entrance out to the garage. Garage can hold 2 small cars and driveway could easily hold 2 regular cars. Neighborhood had kids playing outside which made it feel safe. The backyard was great. Had good shade and an easy to use full size gas bbq. They have a big outdoor table and plenty of seating. The backyard borders an open field and makes for lovely evening meals in warmer weather. Every amenity onsite was new or newer. Couches, beds, microwave, toaster, all newer, and clean. They provide a full size blow-up mattress for the living room. Roku TV with tons of content. A great kitchen with a gas stove. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher but it ended up being more of an inconvenience as we enjoyed talking while doing the dishes. I have favorited this place as it was cheaper than the local hotels, bigger than local hotels, and was more comfortable. This allowed us to have 5 great days exploring Sevier County. If you stay here. The local pool was a lot of fun for the kids and everything was close and convenient. Go see the Fremont Indian State Park. You won’t regret it. We will stay here again.
