This have recently stayed with our family in January and had to rebook it again to go in March, such a beautiful home, very family kids friendly with awesome swimming pool. It’s so great with extra bathroom so the kids spent all day in the pool. Thank you so much Suzy for welcoming the kids with Easter 🐣 eggs for long Easter weekend. The kids was so surprised and really enjoyed it. Thank you for everything including flexible with checkin time 🙏🙏 we have been to many holiday houses and this is our top pick by far.

I cannot rate this gorgeous place highly enough! We have just completed our long weekend away with family and it was honestly the perfect place! Mornings and afternoons were spent on the balcony overlooking the beautiful canal. There are so many activities to do with kayaks provided, pool table, swimming pool, fishing rods, beautiful kitchen and all so close to town centre. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed- there were thoughtful personal touches, treats, fruit, kitchen staples, continental breakfast and so much more. Susan was so easily contactable and truely went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. She so generously went out of her way to contact us to offer a late checkout when she discovered the cleaner would not arrive until later. A real super host! We will certainly be making this our go-to place for our annual family catch-ups. Thank you so much Susan, you will see us again 🙏🏻

We had such a relaxing week at the Boat House… such a beautiful setting and a fantastic house for a family of 5 - plenty of quiet space, comfy beds, a great cinema room and pool table, swimming pool just off the living area and the river at the back door for fishing and kayaking. We would not think twice about coming back - loved it!
