really Tbilisian experience - absolutely adorable house (yes, it does look destroyed from outside, but it's actually super cool!) and very nicely designed apartment. the location is also superb - 7 mins walking from metro, 3 mins walking to the main square were most of the walking tours start, 1 min to bars and restaurants. Could get a bit noisy at weekend nights, but it's all bearable

This flat is uniquely and beautifully decorated. So close to the centre too! I had a great stay.

Gvantsa is a great host and her place is perfect to explore Tbilisi. Very central, nice area right next to Liberty Square with tons of (wine) bars. The apartment is in a charming Tbilisi courtyard and quite calm. I would definitely come back here if I want to explore the city.

The apartment was decorated really nicely and just like the pictures. It was a bit confusing to find, but that was because google maps takes you to a place slightly further up the street - Not Gvantsa's fault. The only issue was that there is a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom from the drain, but it isn't a massive problem and goes away a while after using the water. The apartment is in a great location right next to loads of cool bars and a short walk to all the main attractions. The neighbours and their dog were friendly.

Nicely decorated apartment. Outside the building is in pretty bad shape, but inside there is a hidden gem (as described in other reviews). I would stay there again.
