Very nice place, cleanest Airbnb you wiil ever stay. Beautiful home, lovely back yard and pool. If it's important to you that the other guest who rent an one bedroom guest house share pool and back yard then you may not want to rent. We were told we do not share back yard and the lady was always sunning by pool and we did have to share back yard. Our concern was we had our dog outside and we didn't want any issues. Wish that part wax what we were told cause other than that it was truly perfect. Oh and owner not flexible with a late check out.

Perfect location for visiting our oldest and family. Sitting around the firepit under blossoming trees was a delight! Will rent again when the pool is open!

Cynthia’s place was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a few days after selling our home. She was very helpful, communicative and the home provided everything. The home is very close to downtown Woodstock where all the nice restaurants, shops and entertainment is looked and easy access to 575 and the outlet mall.

This home is a gem. It’s so easy to get “got” by photos and then the house is dirty and falling apart but this is absolutely perfect. My Mother In Law swore we had to have been the first guests. It was clean and filled with everything you need and more. There were plenty of high quality towels, linens, pillows, and kitchen items. The furniture was comfortable and cozy. The house is in the perfect location. We could get an Uber to downtown for $8 (before tip) in under 5 minutes. No complaints whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to tons of shops & food places.
