Really comfortable stay at Roland and Bettina’s, they are lovely hosts. En-suite bathroom for each bedroom. Lovely log burning fire for the evenings. Roland gave lots of information about local walks and provided a paid lift for when we wanted to do longer walks from Inverie. Really beautiful, peaceful spot.

Un environnement magnifique en pleine nature, des paysages qui changent à tout moment… un lieu pas comme les autres que nous avons adoré. L’appartement est confortable, chaleureux et bien équipé, idéal pour les retours de randonnées, même pluvieuse. L’accès aux espaces communs avec cheminée, livres et billard est le bienvenue. Bettina et Roland ont été les plus accueillants et amicaux des hôtes. Tout ceci a fait de notre séjour à Sandaig l’un des temps forts de notre séjour.

Sandaig is a truly amazing place, and Roland and Bettina are great hosts, opening up their beautiful bay and the peninsula of Knoydart. Our children (10 and 11) and us had a wonderful time walking in the area, across the bay, up the Roin na Beinne hill and to the Inverie village. A very friendly way to experience remote Scotland.

This is one of my best ever finds on Airbnb. We were thrilled with the stunning location of Roland and Bettina's place and delighted by their hospitality and friendliness. The raclette dinner is not to be missed! Hope to return....
