Stunning brand new house build in 2021 is located on the very trendy wine estate. The property comprises of 2 double bedrooms with super-king beds and 3 single bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The kitchen comes fully equipt with all integrated miele appliances. 20 min from the beach, Free use of 6 mountain-bikes and sauna. Vineyard tours run daily and included in the reservation will be 10 complementary wine tasting tickets. We require a min 3 night stay (goodwood FOS & Christmas a min 5 night stay) Brand new and built to a very high standard using the best possible fixtures and fittings. SONOS and Google home available in all rooms, with a big south facing terrace with a Weber bbq included

Jody was simply AMAZING! She made our experience absolutely wonderful. It was our first time to the area and she gave us a lot of information that made us feel comfortable and we knew exactly what to do. The Villa itself was magnificent and we can’t wait to go back!

Stayed here for the Goodwood Revival, location was fab & lots of space for us and the family. Made to feel very at home with lots of info left about the house and local places to eat etc
Our corporate team rented Jody's house for the 2021 Goodwood Festival of Speed. It was well-located and reduced our travel time given the small roads and limited points of entry to the event. The house is new, stylish and perfect for a group wanting a quiet space with casual group meals. The vineyard is an added bonus.
