Amanda's Red Fox Cottage is inviting, clean, and comfortable from the moment you open the front door. Very easy access to supermarkets and restaurants, yet very quiet and private. Absolutely ZERO noise from traffic because there was NO traffic around the cottage. I loved that Amanda had labeled the kitchen cabinet doors -- I always find that I open the same doors multiple times over the weekend because I can't remember where the hot pads are, or the skillets, or which drawer has the silverware. Loved the lighting and the decor and the general thoughtfulness that Amanda has put into this property. She is very responsive to messages, and I have no doubt that she would have responded instantly if we would have had any problems. I was happy to have a working propane grill, since the weather was really nice this weekend. Comfortable bed, plenty of extra blankets if needed, and a very nice shower. Highly recommend this cottage, and will definitely stay again!

Was a nice and cozy house, and definitely a bonus being so close to Cooks Garage where we went for a concert. Loved that it was on acre of land as well.

No matter what you have planned in Lubbock: A concert at Cooks, To see a big game at Texas Tech or Attend a performance at the Buddy Holly center. After all the excitement and busy time, it always nice to go back to a quiet and peaceful place. This Home is just that place.

Amanda was great and the house was clean and tidy. We just had an issue on our last night there someone or something smashed a window in the middle of the night with us in the house and frightened the heck out of us.
