A great stay at SunSpot Apartment! Excellent communication from both Anne Marie and her son. Easy check in & check out. Great location! Apartment has all you need! I would definitely recommend to others.

Anne Marie’s place was cozy and comfy. The AC in the bedroom was turned up so it was nice and cool when I arrived. The living area does not have AC but the fan was on when I arrived. The bed was extremely comfortable. The mattress felt like new….medium to firm. I cannot say enough about Anne Marie’s son. He responded to my texts immediately and offered suggestions and answered my questions. He checked to make sure I got in alright and ordered a cab for me when I left. And he followed up to make sure the cab arrived. This Airbnb is in a neighborhood where I felt immersed in the culture. It wasn’t touristy, but the beach and stores are only a 10 minute walk away.

AnnMarie and her son Rawle were very accommodating. I needed a last minute place to stay due to issues with my flight being rescheduled and my present airbnb was not able to accommodate me beyond the time I had reserved luckily AnnMarie was able to get me confirmed and set up with directions to get to her place within hours, she was even flexible with my check in and out times because of my circumstances which I appreciate greatly. The apartment was cozy, well maintained and just what I needed. It was a bit difficult to find at first but her son Rawle was extremely helpful with giving precise directions. thank you again for the last minute consideration!
