Check-in and check-out was seamless and thank you so much for being flexible and communicative. The room was nice and warm as opposed to the cold winter temperatures outside. The house is old, the floors are squeaky when you walk, but it was so clean and well-kept. It had beautiful furnishings and you could really tell Kimiko had put in a lot of heart and soul into decorating this place. It was December, and the dining room had a lovely Christmas tree. 10/10 would recommend!

Our hosts were super flexible and the complimentary breakfast was so lovely. we had a great stay! A great b&b within walking distance to kensigton market and very close to a TTC station!

I had a great time in Toronto and Kimiko/Joe were awesome hosts. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was complete and a great start for the day. I had a work conference at the University of Toronto so this location was perfect. Location of the AirBnB were close to a wide variety of restaurants!

Perfect location, great attention from the hostes and great comunication, everything was great and they have a very good customer atention as well as so much care for us, this is a great option
