This place is not suitable to be listed until the host fixes the property up. The mold from the living room needs to be removed and a reoccurence needs to be prevented, since its also a health hazard. The whole first floor reeks of it. Out of 4 bathrooms - two were not functional - the water was leaking from one boiler when its turned on - so there is no hot water in that bathroom, and the light was not working. In the other one the pipe beneath the sink was defective so there was a huge leak, and the floor was constantly wet. The floor in some rooms had water damage- and wasn't even to walk on. The sheets had stains and hair. The dishes were partly fatty and dirty. One bed broke beneath my friend the moment he lay on it. The garden was full of random garbage. We cleaned the place ourselves as good as we could to be able to stay there for 2 days. The price is outrageous, since half of the house wasn't as described... All in all, very unpleasant stay.

We had a larger family group - 5 adults, 3 kids, 1 baby. The place has a lot of stairs, that are a bit steep. Just to keep in mind for young kids or older travelers. House layout: On the ground floor/floor 0 - kitchen/living/dining room, 1 half bathroom, 1 full bathroom (although it has a working toilet, the shower area is open and very small, and no sink to wash your hands) Floor 1: 2 bedrooms (1 queen? Bed, 2 sets of bunk beds), 1 full bath in hall, large terrace Floor 2: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 twins), 1 full bathroom in hall Pros: - Very, very clean - new washer and separate dryer for clothes - Aminah was very helpful and always available to assist us - outdoor, gas kitchen for cooking with lots of kitchen goods - security alarm - lots of windows for fresh air and the beautiful view - nice neighborhood to walk around in Cons: - we had an issue with electricity (it went off when using the indoor electric stove) and all the power in the area was cut the day we were checking out and we had clothes in the washer and we couldn’t make our morning coffee - downstairs bathrooms: one bathroom lock is broken and the other one didn’t have a working light, so they weren’t really usable for us - the fridge had a very bad smell (which we were told was from the previous ppl who stay, but it didn’t go away the 4 nights we were there and it would smell up the kitchen every time we opened the door) - the bathroom on the first floor needed a few things fixed (toilet seat, toilet spray washer, shower leaks water everywhere when showering even with the door closed) Overall I would recommend this house if the stairs isn’t an issue for the guests and if the minor things are fixed, then I would rate it even higher.
