My partner and I stayed here on short notice and Paige accommodated us perfectly. The place was cute and cozy and suited us. We loved our stay.

Paige was so accommodating. The space was beautiful and clean, with everything we needed. She went above and beyond with providing alternative milk options and happily provided great recommendations for sight seeing, restaurants and cafés. The effort put into making the space homely and making us welcome was felt.

The Dragonfly Studio is an amazing little gem close to the city, a few minutes from the beach and has neighbourhood restaurants, foodcourt, pub, parks and shops close by. The location is perfect for all-round sightseeing or business in Perth (I know cos I used to live in the neighbourhood). I enjoyed the quiet location for my studies I had to do and the bed was very soft. The kitchenette was a welcome surprise and the bathroom was very clean and modern. Towels were soft and linen very clean. What I enjoyed most was having my own space separate from the owners (no offense) but I get easily distracted and sometimes need solitude to recharge, which I needed this trip. The decor was very modern beach-style vibe and I loved the ambiance. Grateful to find this place for future visits and I think it really suits singles and couples that are looking for privacy and self-sufficiency. Also there's plenty of parking available. Thank you!
