Located in the residential area next to Hotel Amfora, surrounded by old villas with beautiful gardens. The surrounding is very quite, with no traffic. The Residences are just near Hotel Amfora (hotels with cascade pools) and the exclusive Hvar beach bar. The ideal place to be close to town, but also have a lot of privacy (the Residences have each a private terrace of 60 square meters!), being in a prime position, in the most beautiful promenade in Hvar, next to the most exclusive beach and club You can enjoy the terrace for your use only, with outdoor table, chairs and a sunbed.

Wow, what a place. :) This place is beautiful, modern and has everything you need. It’s only 100m to the occean. The owners are really nice and supportive. I really recommend this place for anyone :)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Lage ist super. Wohnung modern und neu. Gastgeber nett. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch gerade als größere Gruppe alle Wohnungen zusammen zu mieten.

The neighborhood is exclusive: old stone houses with beautiful gardens are nearby, surrounded by pine trees, with the enjoyable sent of the sea and the sound of cicadas. The center of the town is just 15 minutes away. From the nearby deck it is easy to rent a boat or take a tour to the nearby islands.The nearby Beach club Hvar offers all variety of food and drinks.
For relaxing and chilling looking at the sunset, you can choose Hula Hula bar or Teo's house, which are also close.

The house is located in a pedestrian area. To get to the historical center there is a picturesque promenade along the sea, which is also pedestrian (no cars) and with no stairs.
