The host refused to answer my message that I needed help for refunds due to flight cancellation by the airline. If she doesn’t want to refund, at least reply to my message and show empathy. She did not. Bad attitude. Bad Host.

Stayed here for a couple days while in Paris on my European adventure. Booking was super easy, as we booked same day. We got to Paris a little before noon and check in wasn’t until 1500, which is normal but we had a whole bunch of luggage and didn’t want to drag it around everywhere so, I asked if we can just drop our bags off before. Olivia responded very quickly and said yes, so we did just that. She provided pictures of instructions like the code to get in and the code to get into the room. Once we got it it the room, the cleaner was still there (no biggie) BUT we notice it smelled like fish.. MADE ME GAG! We thought nothing much of it as it might be cleaning supplies. But that was not the case! When we got back around 6, the smell was still there. AGAIN GAGGED!! opened the windows hoping it would go away but it was there our whole stay :( We even had to go by freshener. There is also a main light switch that turns everything off.. WEIRD! So none of the lights turn on if that’s off.

Very responsive and reliable host. Perfect location to visit the Eiffel Tower and its surroundings.
