Fiona is friendly, kind and welcoming. She communicated well, responding quickly to an enquiry. The property is comfortable and has a crisp, clean and cosy feel to it. I particularly liked the fairy lights in the lounge which helped me to relax in the evening. I enjoyed having a super, hot shower in the modern shower-room. The kitchen is modern and has all the equipment needed for self-catering. The washing machine worked well as did the heating. There is a sunny, easily accessible outdoor seating area. The annexe has a private, well-lit entrance. It is in a quiet, residential area with some shops and a restaurant within walking distance. I had a car which allowed me an easy five minute drive to visit family in Clarkston. I noticed local bus stops but I'm not sure how close the nearest, local train station is. I'd recommend this property for both short and longer stays.

fiona was extremely hospitable and made us feel very at home whist we were out of our own home. The place was very peaceful and clean and fiona was extremely helpful. She was always there if we needed her and she made us feel really welcome.

Excellent host! The place is very nice, tidy, and in a very peaceful location. Fiona was always very helpful. Would highly recommend
