Delightful cottage in the beautiful village of Eydon. Very cosy and comfortable, overlooking a pretty front and back garden. Mia was great at sorting out a little problem we had with an appliance.

Mia’s place was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The surrounding area was gorgeous with many natural walks - perfect for a quaint weekend away with friends (and a pup). You definitely need a car but if you have one there’s a lot of cute villages nearby to visit. Mia was responsive and her instructions were very clear which made getting to the Airbnb and checking in very easy. Fair warning - some of the walks immediately around the property are a bit confusing/probably cater to locals so the line between what is the easement v what is not isn’t clear but that’s probably fairly typical for village walks.

Beautiful house in a lovely location. Comfy beds, excellent shower, easy parking outside the property. Cosy living room and a great conservatory which is nestled between the house and sloped garden - watch wrens dart about the undergrowth or kites hover above your head! Super quiet, great views over the surrounding countryside but only 20 minutes drive to Banbury. As per other reviews, you will need to bring all food including basics like milk, tea and oil. Would still recommend and stay again.

We booked Cherry Tree Cottage for a 2 week stay after completing on our house sale. Mia couldn’t have been more helpful ( for example offering us the use of an outbuilding to store sone of our things ) and made a very stressful period much easier. Having lived in the village, we had often admired the cottage, as it looks like something out of a fairytale and it didn’t disappoint. Inside it was lovely and cosy, especially with the underfloor heating and felt surprisingly spacious, with the internal space utilised to the max. It was also extremely quiet and private. The children especially liked sitting in the conservatory as they felt the stepped garden brought “ the outside in”! We were very sad to leave Cherry Tree Cottage and would definitely recommend it for a stay.
