Alex was quick to respond to any questions regarding the place. It is clean and the place location is convenient. The BTS Phaya Thai is walking distance away. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely use it again when visiting Bangkok.

Alex’s place is exceptional value and in a great central location. The studio is excellent for one or two guests and the public spaces are extremely well maintained and clean. The pool area in particular makes for an enjoyable stay. There are plenty of local restaurants and a Topps supermarket within a ten minute walk. BTS at Phaya Thai and Victoria Monument both within a ten minute walk and airport train only five minutes at Ratchaprarop. It’s a great place to stay whether you are just visiting Bangkok or using it as a base to visit other places in Thailand.

Modern building, nice and comfortable apartment. Good coworking and gym. There is not much people in public places in the building, and there were no people in the swimming pool most of the time. The water there is comfortable for swimming. CentralWorld mall and BTS station are ~15 minutes by feet from the building. Overall, I had a great stay

Alex is an Excellent host. His communication is top notch. He gave us great i formation about the apartment, facilities and surrounding area. The apartment itself is on the small side but it is as it looks in the photos. washing machine was of great help as after a hot day in the city everything needed freshening up. The gym and rooftop pool were amazing and we often had these to ourselves. Great to watch the sun go down. We had a fantastic stay and hopefully will be back one day .
