The apt/house looks bigger in the pictures! We had a really bad time check in, as they told me I could go to the Airbnb and leave my bags there, but when I got there the “owner” of the Airbnb was there and had no idea it was rented out. She said she wasn’t going to leave until 9 pm…. But the check in was at 3. The people managing the Airbnb are not very responsive or had idea of what was happening. I told them I needed to be ready by 5 for an event and they were able to allowed us to be there by 3:30. The housekeeper was still cleaning the Airbnb (while I got ready). I received the key in a very unprofessional way and no instructions at all about the Airbnb. They said I was going to get a refund for a portion for all the mess and issues, but I never did. At the end I had to write as of where I needed to leave the key. Also, the internet connection is extremely bad at this place. At the end I don’t recommend this place, they didn’t even have a bottle of water in case you need it.

La hora de entrada del checking no correspondía con lo que anunciaban en airb&b, haciéndonos ir a otra ubicación a recoger las llaves y luego resulta que no las tenían .Haciéndonos gastar tiempo y gasolina. Además me escribieron al hacer el check out diciéndonos que nos cobrarían el coste de un cerrajero por que dejamos las llaves puestas por dentro sin especificar ellos en las normas de uso de la casa donde dejarlas y que ese tipo de puerta no abre con las llaves por dentro. No repetiría y por supuesto no lo recomendaría

Nous avons logé 4 nuits dans cet appartement et nous nous y sommes sentis bien. Propre et comme sur les photos. Bien qu'il soit à l'extérieur de Porto, il est rapide et simple de s'y rendre Je recommande vivement

Tout c’est très bien passé ! Les hôtes ont été réactifs à notre arrivé malgré notre avance, ils sont venus en 10min. Je recommande vivement ce logement !
