Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Marmara room is the most unique room we have. The wall paintings give an illusion of marble walls with roman columns and has a mini-suite feeling. It has an ensuite bathroom and excellent quality bedding. It is a bright room with a nice view of the hills, as well as the garden, the fantastic pool and the terrace. “L’Annicha” is a spacious property of 4,5 hectares located on a quiet dead-end street with 360 degrees views on the hilly countryside. Our B&B rooms are on the first level of a traditional "Quercynoise" house from 1878. The stately house has maintained its original style which is reflected throughout the property. The 25m lap pool was built with this in mind and therefore local material were used. Even the sports and meditation room (located in the barn) has maintained its original character. The common areas of the main house have been furnished with our own South-East Asian accents which gives it a serene atmosphere. You can enjoy the quietness and the views of the rolling countryside from benches positioned at strategic places throughout the property. And even from within the pool. Please note that our infrastructures are not suitable for children younger than 12 years.

We had the most amazing stay at their beautiful b&b! If you want a peaceful getaway, on a gorgeous property with views and an amazing pool, and to be wokeup to the smell of freshly baked bread every morning with home made jam - then this is the place for you!! We came for a short weekend and left wishing we were staying an extra week! Absolutely gorgeous!

Parfait. Des hôtes très gentils, ouverts et attentionnés, et un cadre exceptionnel. Une demeure magnifique et parfaite pour se détendre et couper un peu.
Un séjour exceptionnel chez Tracy & Dirk : tout est parfait, du cadre à la maison, en passant par leur table d'hôtes et la boulangerie maison... On ne peut que recommander !
Nothing but praise! We had such a wonderful stay, the marmer room is very unique with a lovely view. Surrounded by golden fields filled with sunflowers. Every morning we could enjoy breakfast with home made bread and fresh fruit & coffee. The pool in the backyard is amazing and very big. There were other guests but due to the huge garden it felt like we had the place to our own. Dirk has lots of good tips for restaurants and is in general a lovely host together with his wife. At 30 min drive you’ll find quaint villages or bric a brac markets. Can highly recommend a stay.

Undoubtedly you will compare our region with Tuscany due to its green hills and old farmhouses spread along the countryside.
The village of Montpezat-de-Quercy (4km away) is architecturally protected because of its historical town centre, as well as the “Collégiale” church dating from the 14th century. It hosts a remarkable Flemish tapestry dating from the 16th century depicting the life of Saint Martin.
There are daily markets in the region, all listed in our welcome booklet. You can try the products of the many wineries of the “Coteaux du Quercy” or Cahors region, as well as take a sip in the close-by brewery. Our village hosts 3 restaurants of different culinary levels and we can recommend you many more.
Our location is quite central to visit neighbouring towns like Cahors or Montauban and historic or touristic landmarks like Moissac or Saint-Cirq La Popie, all 30'-45' away.
Walks and biking tours can start from our doorstep. Our prairie can even be used as exercise ground for paragliding. Sports fanatics will be glad to hear that you can be kayaking, rock climbing, carting, golfing, horseback riding, and even skydiving, all within driving distance. There is also a natural lake you can swim in.
But the most attractive part of our property is the silence and relaxing atmosphere, especially around the pool and on the viewpoints.
Upon arrival we will provide you with our guide book, which includes place to see, wineries, markets, restaurants and much more.
To fully enjoy the Quercy Blanc it is advised to have your own transportation. Public transport is virtually non-existing. There is big car park available for guests.
We can advise on local hiking routes, we have maps and good addresses for further activities, or we will refer you to the local tourist office.
