It's a perfect place to stay in Tubingen, both for holidays and work. It's close to the university and it's well connected with the center. The owner it's really nice and the house it's beautiful and well-furnished. We really enjoyed our experience .

Very clean everywhere, very modern building. Useful if you have a car, parking underground was useful but a bit tight, it's best if you have a small car. I loved the outdoor patio and the view of the green grass garden outside. The bedroom and the living room were very nice as well. Sometimes the WiFi went down and I had to replug the router, the internet usually came back after doing that. Not many restaurants or groceries stores close by, so not very walkable, but ideal if you have a car. It's a short 5-10 min drive to the city center. Shalynn was very nice to be able to let me modify my stay and leave 1 day early when my work changed my schedule. She was very communicative.
