Cosy family cottage on 1100sq flat section (Shared a small unit) with almost all the essentials of a home. Quiet neighbourhood close to the expressway north & south bound. Alfresco dining on the covered deck is fabulous! Small selection of kids toys and books but please treat them with care. I normally live here, but travel for work sometimes. Discount for 7 day+ stays. If you need extra space or exclusive use you can book the unit separately if its not already booked. Not a party house. Horotiu is more rural but still suburb living surrounded by other homes. Its out of the hustle and bustle of Hamilton city. My cosy house is 91sq. Has 3 bedrooms lounge, kitchen and covered deck. I dont have a dining table as the kitchen is a funny shape and it got in the way. Tray tables are used instead or the outdoor covered area. Separate toilet and bathroom. I live here with my daughter but work commitments and family living out of town means it's often free for your stay. There is a guest laundry with a brand new front loader purchased Sept 2022 to replace one I already had that needed upgrading. Generally I give access for 5 day+ stays but please ask if you need it under this. The sleepout is also available to rent and is situated behind house and next to the deck. There is curtains for privacy and am hoping the plants grow fast in between. I may have other guests in there. I've hosted workers, family stays and people visiting for events like the rugby, shows and Hampton Downs. Kid friendly but I ask you look after her toys and put them away when finished. Long term stays can pay my cleaner to help out if you like. With limited accommodation in the area and not all the hotels available in Hamilton for tourists now, I am glad I can help out.
