Colleen is kind and a good communicator, and the Limetree property is lovely. However, NOWHERE is it mentioned that this is a Wyndham timeshare resort. This may or may not have affected my decision to stay here. Staff was nice, but upon arrival be prepared to get a hard sell to attend their timeshare pitch and overpriced tour offerings. Beach photo on advertising for this unit is not accurate. I thought I was getting a place right on the beach and that is not the case. It is close, but I thought photo to be misleading. Location is out of the way of anything else besides the one onsite restaurant, Lanai, which we thought was excellent and ate there twice. Cost wise, I thought I was going to save a few hundred dollars by staying here, but after onsite fees plus the taxi needed to get there, I hardly saved anything as compared to the incredibly fancy Westin where we had been previously. That being said, it was a different, more casual vibe, plenty nice and more chill.

Pool and surrounding area was dirty. The resort as a whole was quiet and the beach and the setting was beautiful. Hopefully the housekeeping will improve making this place even better.

10/10 recommend. This place was just as pictured and the resort was so laid back.
