David’s place was a great stay in Florence! He was always immediately responsive. Great location and extremely walkable! He left a great bottle of Brut that was amazing and welcoming. Very cute, updated bedrooms and bathrooms, cozy and safe. Would come back!
Lovely home in a great location. It was well suited for our group of 5 (4 adults and 1 baby). David was helpful, responsive, friendly and was able to accommodate our group travelling with a baby. We had a nice stay and felt right at home. His place is conveniently located next to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the other side of the city.
It was a perfect place for me and my college aged daughter to stay. It’s in a local neighborhoody area with great restaurants and bars and only 10-15 min walk to the tourist spots. Great vintage stores and Antique shops all around. Would definitely stay there again.
The flat was exactly like it looked in the pictures: stylish, spacious and clean! The location was just perfect, the Oltrarno neighbourhood is close to the centre, but offers more tranquillity as well as nice restaurants and boutiques. All in all, we loved the place and would definitely recommend it!
If you are in Florence and looking for a quiet, comfortable, well appointed space, this is for you. This apartment is the perfect complement to this beautiful city and I am thrilled we chose to stay here. The location is perfect, and David was fantastic. Something to consider- you must try the restaurant across the street Trattoria Sant'Agostino. Their Gnudi and Florentine Steak is amazing!!!

Ho tre figli ed una splendida moglie tedesca che è una pittrice le cui opere decorano la maggior parte dei nostri appartamenti, Viviamo nel chianti, vicino a Firenze.
