La villa était très bien située et au calme, nous avons passé un beau séjour, en revanche, il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre des enfants et le wifi fonctionne mal. Sinon c’était parfait !

Great place to stay and enjoy peace and quiet while still being close to amenities and Javea beach. Would only say that the kitchen needs updating as the appliances are very old and was difficult to cook. We had a problem with the alarm going off in the middle of the night several times but the handyman came over to fix it within the next day so couldn’t fault the service there!

Lovely villa with a great pool, perfect for a family stay

For us the property was perfectly situated in a quiet, small neighbourhood on a hillside just outside Xabia / Javier. Surrounded by trees and plantings to include pines, palms and Jacarandas was lovely. The pool and outside seating is excellent and a drive to Xabia / Javier main tourist beach front a quick (5 to 10 minutes), direct and easy one. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within quick access by car. Some of the fittings in the house are moving towards the end of their life but in general we had a great stay and would return.
