Lovely villa which exceeded our expectations for the price. Quiet and private but just off the main road. Great views without having to drive up into the hills. Just 10 mins in either direction to Moraira and Javea. Good supermarket 2 mins drive. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. My father has increasing mobility difficulties and the villa was perfect for him. There are a couple of steps down into the lounge and a couple up into the dining area leading to the kitchen but mini handrails have been installed. Also there is an alternative route from the patio down to the pool which is stepped and a rail has been put here too. The steps could do with some attention though. The patio furniture is comfortable with a nice table and chairs which aren’t shown in the photos. The beds are comfortable and the villa was spotless. My grandchildren (3 and 6) loved the pool. I would 100% recommend this villa and the host company to anyone looking.

Nice to be away from the crowds at Javea. Large pool and plenty of room inside the villa. Very private. But, Quite noisy due to ongoing building work and incessant garden strumming all around and fixtures within the villa could do with updating.

Super Ausstattung, toller Pool mit eigenem Badezimmer und Grillecke, bis auf die Küche sind alle Räume klimatisiert. Absolut reibungsloser Check-in/Check-out. Etwas abseits gelegen, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Ca. 10 Minuten zum nächsten Strand, eine gute Stunde nach Valencia und Alicante. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche 🤗
