This is a large property with more space than you can imagine. It was very clean and worked great for our getaway of 10 couples. Interior was crystal clean and easy to maintain. For the price I would have expected a greater level of inclusions. There was no linen, (provided at an additional cost). No coffee machine, beach chairs or other similar items you would expect from a beach resort area. Not a big deal but this place does charge a high cost. Externally the grounds were not maintained to the same standard as the interior. Untidy, lots of cobwebs, unkept gardens full of debris. We needed to call the agent on arrival to give the pool area a clean up. He cleaned the pool but we needed to clean the chairs and tables. Table tennis balls were found under furniture yet there was no table tennis table. Shuttle cock set in the laundry but no shuttle cock. Cricket bat but no ball. No doubt a great property but I have found better value elsewhere. You will enjoy.
We had a great family stay. We loved the large amount of space provided and the shaded pool. Great dining areas inside and out. Well equipped kitchen and nice location within walking distance of a small shopping area.
It's not easy to find a six bedroom place that can house several families, and this place was really nice - with plenty of space for all. Perfect for a celebration. O'Meara was great to deal with with very quick responses and really helping us out. Recommended for a lazy weekend away with a bunch of friends, or a special event.
Great size house and facilities for a large family getaway. Wonderful location just one street behind the beach and close to the local shops and restaurants.
This property was exceptionally clean and well presented. The bedrooms and living areas are very spacious and there are lots of areas for some quiet time even with our group of 10.

The very friendly property management team at McGrath Port Stephens aim to make your holiday as easy and enjoyable as possible. McGrath Port Stephens is located prominently in the heart of Nelson Bay and open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Guests collect keys for the property they are staying at from our front reception, if collection is after hours we have a collection box at our office which the guest will receive access details and codes.
