The Airbnb was nice and clean. it was tuck away from the street and they had a great back yard for my son to run around. they also provided amenities (cornholes and bikes for guest to use).

This unit let out to the back yard which looked very nice, though we didn't spend time there because of rain and our schedules. It was quiet, peaceful and comfortable, with the bed and our pillows matching our preferences. Street parking close by was never a problem. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely home set in South Park. Walking distance to some love restaurants, check out Big Kitchen Cafe, greta breakfast. Home was clean and tidy and the outdoor space we spent many evenings with the fire pit. Philip is really responsive and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Place is exactly as listed; clean and has all the essentials. It’s important to note the airbnb is part of a duplex and there are shared walls. If you are a light sleeper, it is a little noisy as you hear the neighbors going about their day. The noise isn’t obnoxious or rude, just people living next door. So if you want complete peace and serenity, this isn’t the place for you. This place is perfect for small families and people not looking for the airbnb to be their retreat. After all, you have the city of San Diego to explore! Phillip’s place is a bargain and my family will definitely stay here next time we’re in SD.

Philip’s place is very cozy and residential. Philip is a very pleasant host. We felt at home. We especially love the yard. Our toddler had a lot of fun walking&crawling around. There is only one tiny bathroom which is a little inconvenient. But we managed by using the sink in the kitchen and mirrors in other rooms. The place is fairly clean but it could be better. Cookwares aren’t very clean though. We found stain in the pots and rice leftovers that didn’t get wash off. It’s close to the zoo. And it’s very quiet. The place is fairly old though. Overall satisfying stay!
