In a prime position, the villa is only 5 minute driving from the awarded beach of Phalasarna and local amenities, ideal for families. Melissa 2 villa boasts a large private pool and children's section.The property has 2 bedrooms and a sofa beds that can accomodate 4+2 guests. Brand new Melissa Villa located in Phalasarna area, close to Kissamos, offering an ideal location for families and individuals who want to be close to the beach and restaurants. Melissa Villa offer modern design and a comfortable open plan layout. The villa has its own large outdoor area with dining table, BBQ and a private swimming pool. Villa Melissa is a splendid villa surrounded by green olive trees with a sea view. Equipped with all comforts. For a dream vacation in the most beautiful sea of Crete. Layout: The open plan living area of Melissa provides a comfortable indoor space with contemporary furnishings and colours bring the space to life and these features continue throughout the villa. The stylish living area has sofa seating and a 55” Smart TV and the kitchen has branded appliances and all facilities to allow for a pleasant cooking experience. The kitchen island is lined by 6 high stools for casual dining. Large patio doors open to the veranda and pool area providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. Also offers a bathroom on the ground floor. The villa offers beyond the living room, a staircase leads to the bedrooms downstairs, one with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00), wardrobe, and patio doors leading outdoors and one more featuring twin beds (0.90 X 2,00).A bathroom with a sink, rainshower and toilet. Both bedrooms with patio doors leading outdoors. Outdoor Area The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and framed, providing the perfect space in which to play or relax. The outdoor facilities include: -18 sq. m. private swimming pool (1,4 m depth) -Outdoor seating and outdoor dining table under a pergola, where you can enjoy a book and alfresco dining. - Outdoor cooking area with electric grill for smokeless grilled delights, sink and cupboard space. - Driveway that provides parking space for 2 cars. The complex has its own private entrance and it’s fully fenced, providing privacy and security to our guests.

A dream – with a flaw. The house itself is amazing. Clean, modern, spacious. With all the amenities you could want. Also the fabulous Phalasarna beach is only a few minutes drive away. Unfortunately, there is one big BUT. There was a huge construction site right behind the house. Even though the host offered us an alternative, we would have expected to be informed about the situation beforehand. Then we would not have booked. One should be aware that after the construction is finished, a villa or probably a resort will be directly in the back overlooking the pool and barbecue area.
Had a great stay, in a lovely property at a great location! Would consider coming back once construction is completed across the road. Honestly, could not enjoy the outdoor spaces.. a pity.
Magnifique maison avec vu sur les oliviers. Près de Balos et de la plage de Falasarna. Maison propre et moderne. Apportez votre savon et shampoing, sinon le reste y est.
Brand new house that was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The private pool and bbq made cooking and just chilling out on the days when we needed a break from the beaches really easy. Spotlessly clean, showers had great pressure and there was great air con throughout. Various ways to get in touch with the hosts so comms also great. The only points for improvement are the lack of Wi-Fi signal in the bedrooms (however it was strong in other parts of the house so ok for us) and the coordinates on Airbnb are incorrect so do double check if you’re driving there esp in the dark. The house is located 6 mins from an amazing beach and is close to some very good restaurants and supermarkets. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Beautiful villa, brand new, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Had such a lovely view of the coast and olive trees. Easy drive to popular beaches and tavernas - Spilios is a 10 minute walk and is well worth a visit, amazing views and food.
