We absolutely loved our stay at Villa 35. The home was definitely more than we expected and our host Jane went over and above to ensure we felt at home. A little home, full of surprises around every corner. We will be back for some R and R again very soon.

Such a gorgeous property. The garden was fabulous. So many lovely places to sit in the garden with glass of wine or coffee. The House had such a lovely feel about it and we felt like it had been a lovely family home. Loved all the family snapshots on the wall. So much to look at and enjoy very quiet and peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to stay there again as the lake in Barmera was fabulous and just a short walk away. Thanks Jane your house is gorgeous.

Highly recommended! A tropical oasis complete with frangipani and swimming pool. Massive outdoor deck with lounge and dining table, and a comfortable house (and large garden) packed with interesting objects and decor in tune with the "more is more" aesthetic! Well-appointed kitchen, and generous provisions provided by the very friendly host, Jane. It felt more like staying at good friend's house. Plus a private but easily-walkable location for shops and restaurants. We loved it!
