There's a lot to unpack with our stay...I'll start with the best bits. The location was perfect, very quiet neighborhood just a block or so from the ocean/beach. We could hear the ocean from the ground level outdoor areas. Grocery store and other shopping just a few minutes walk, only a few restaurants near by, but a little further walk (about 1 mile) there was a fantastic place along side some amazing go-cart fun. It was worth the walk. The pool is beautiful and a nice size, wonderful views of the ocean. Now for the not so great bits. When I booked this property I assumed we would have the entire house (which we did, sort of), we were alone, but quite a bit of the house was inaccessible to us. All the upper outdoor patios and such were not available. I just wasn't expecting that. On arrival, the WIFI was not working, the remote for one of the split ACs was not working, one of the metal shutters was broken, so one of the doors to the outside was unusable, the linen on the beds consisted of one thin sheet and for the master, a single una-pillow. We contacted Andres when we arrived (like 1am) and he must have thought I was crazy because I was texting like a madman. He tried offering suggestions to fix the wifi, but to no avail. Someone arrived around 5pm to bring some blankets and address the wifi. It was located in the locked portion of the house. There is a beautiful bathroom with a massive jacuzzi tub (which my son wanted to use), but the hot water knobs were all broken and therefore not working. The same bathroom had a wonderful jet shower, but the door was broken, making it also unusable. The master had a shower, but nobody would use it because for some inexplicable reason it had a window into the living room of the locked portion of the house? Made no sense, but it weirded us out, so we all showered in the outdoor shower which is next to the pool and very nice. On our second to last night the AC in one of the rooms broke during the night and the wifi went out again. We had a late flight and Andres gave us a generous discount to extend our stay by one night so that we didn't have to check out at the normal morning check out time. The communication was always great with Andres, but the follow-through was a bit lacking. I also expected more for the price that we paid, although I'm guessing the price was more to do with the location than the actual property itself. I also understand that if things are not reported as faulty, then how would they know to fix them. I'm hoping this is the case and that these issues are resolved for the next guest. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Amazing Villa, the sea is near the houses and everything is very clean, the pool is perfect with views of the sea. 100% advisable!!

We had a wonderful stay at Fidalsa Mediterranean. The house is directly across from beautiful Flamenca Beach. We rented a boat without licence and it was an amazing experience. Very convenient to just jump in the boat for snorkeling or fishing all around the area. On our beach days we just packed the chairs he provided, the umbrellas and a cooler for a relaxing day. Loved how family-friendly the beach is. It is kept clean and has lots of amenities. The house was really comfortable and well-equipped. Andrés responds immediately when you contact him. Perfect location, wonderful home and the perfect area for families and anyone that likes a more laid back atmosphere.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa, propiedad muy fácil de encontrar con las coordenadas enviadas, comunicación rápida con el anfitrión, la casa se encontraba perfectamente limpia y completamente desinfectada, una maravilla a pie de playa, completamente equipada hasta el mas mínimo detalle, perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar de las vistas al mediterráneo, simplemente INCREIBLE. Las fotos coinciden exactamente con la realidad, es así de maravillosa. Completamente recomendable.
