Ioan was always helpful and responsive. The listing fit the description and the tour when we arrived was great. We particularly loved the hiking trail next to the property! Starlink Wi-Fi was stable enough to work, so no worries if you’re inquiring. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Commune style farmhouse with several small residences and camping spaces on the expansive property. House backs up to the mountains with hours of hiking available, and the whole area is breathtaking in the evening. This unit's bedroom is at the top of the farmhouse and feels very fresh. The unit does not have a lock and you may want to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I enjoyed picking berries, listening to the coyotes chatter at night and driving through the nearby sloughs.

Ioan and his family were tremendously kind and caring. Whenever they saw us on the property they took time to stop what they were doing to ask us how our stay was going. There was one hiccup related to the suites not having locks; however, Ioan was willing to accommodate in anyway he could. We ended up bringing our own locks and switching the door knobs. Ioan said that he would take this into consideration for future guests and that it hasn’t come up before because the property is private and the family lives on site. He stated this has not been an issue for previous guests and they felt safe without the locks.

Farrah, William and their son are friendly and welcoming. They took us on a tour of the property and it was great to learn about the history of the area and the Property. We loved walking the trail and interacting with the farm animals. Our only regret is this: We wish we had stayed longer so we could see the other trails and enjoy the fire pit. We will definitely go back there again!
