Welcome to a quiet country side environment with a wonderful nature. The almost 200 year old house carfully renovated to its former glory. While you are here the nature is on your doorstep with fields and beautiful beechforests. Walking distance to the calm Kallsjön (the name isn`t true to it`s nature) with swimming area and fishing. The house has 5 beds . Close to several lakes, Kallsjön, Luhrsjön, Tydingesjön och Ballingslövsjön The house is located along a gravel road, two kilometers from road 23. The farm is located with fields around the house that sheeps and horses go in on the summer. Private parking. From the hall you enter a large airy kitchen with all the things you need, there is also a dining area. The TV room is connected to the kitchen with a stove that you can fire up when the weather is a little colder. The stair is located in the kitchen and leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are gathered. From the kitchen you come out onto a cozy porch where you can sit and read a book or just sit and relax. Here you also enter the toilet, There is a toilet, shower and washing machine. Furthermore, you enter the old room with old fine wooden floors and fine wallpaper, there is room to sit and eat. Upstairs you come up to a large hall where one of the beds is and also a crib. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The beds have spring mattresses. The houses are located in a u, with a protected courtyard. Private garden with lots of flowers. There are tables, chairs and a barbecue, even a hammock to relax in. Trampoline with net is available for children.

Vi havde en dejlig påskeferie i Jessica’s hus omgivet af natur og ro. Huset var som på billederne, alt var pænt og rent og Jessica var hele vejen igennem hurtig til at respondere. Vi har været godt tilfreds med Jessica som vært og hendes fine hus. Vores tre piger på 7, 8 og 10 år er normalt enormt begejstret for at hoppe på trampolin, og det var også en af grundene til at vi havde valgt huset - men det var lidt en skuffende oplevelse for dem, da trampolinen var lidt ustabil og det ikke var muligt at hoppe særlig højt. Det er en mindre detalje, og muligvis bare vores børn der synes det.
We loved our magical stay at Jessica’s over New Years. Very easy check in. Excellent communication. The house is spacious, peaceful and cozy and surrounded by gorgeous forest. The perfect place to relax and reset. Exactly what it looks like in the photos. Perfect for 2 people. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of blankets to keep warm in the night. The fireplace was essential. Plenty of wood provided. One thing to note is bathroom is downstairs and bedrooms are upstairs. And the closest big grocery store is in Hässleholm so stock up on your way. The house was built in the 1800’s and has a lot of character. Jessica did a great job restoring it.
Jessica's place is really lovely. The location is brilliant - if you like being in nature you are in the right place surrounded by forest but at the same time not far away from food shops and a variety of tourist attractions. The house itself is very cozy with nice decor. It was perfectly clean and warm and Jessica made us feel really welcome making sure we were ok and had enough firewood to sit out the autumn storm we were hit by. My whole family liked the house and the children loved the toys and games available. I would highly recommend the place and happily come back.
Dejligt hus i smukke rolige omgivelser. Lever fuldt ud op til beskrivelsen og billederne. Jessica er en supervært. Hurtig til at svare på spørgsmål og gør alt hvad hun kan for at man føler sig godt tilpas. Sengene var redt, varmen tændt, brændet kløvet. Klar til hygge.
We loved the cottage. Although the Location was off a busy road it was far enough away to be very peaceful. We spent 4 nights there, loved the wood stove. Well equiped and very clean. Local walks and excursions kept us busy. There were 3 of us and the place was a good size for us. However be aware that the 3rd bedroom is a bed at the top of the stairs and so not a separate space that is private if you need 3 bedrooms.
