Do not book here! The place was filthy, there were no towels or hand towels, almost no bedding options and the sheet in my room had a blood stain on it. We were told the front door lock doesn't work but it does. This is likely to allow random "staff" members in at any hour of the night. Youssef gave out my number to multiple people without my permission. One person was someone who I was to let into the apartment for him who didn't end up coming because they heard how terrible it was there. Our drink was stolen by the other guests and Youssef wanted to resolve it by giving them my number and saying they were "nice people". We asked when we arrived if there was a lock for the bedroom doors and told "no it will be fine" despite different guests also staying there and multiple staff members having access to the property. What staff comes after 11pm on a Monday that isn't there to clean or let anyone in? He will no doubt do his best to refute everything but I have proof and taking action.
