We had a wonderful stay at Nixon's place in Taiping. The location was ideal, situated in a safe neighborhood just a short drive from the city center. Despite being near the KTM track, noise was not an issue. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the cleaning was completed well before our check-in time of 3pm. The pool, though small, was perfect for both kids and adults alike. The place had everything we needed and more, comfortably accommodating our family of eight. One quirky aspect was the gate, which could only be locked using a key card due to the house's unique electricity system (much like a hotel, putting the card into the card slot). However, this posed no issue as the neighborhood felt secure. During check-out, we encountered a minor hiccup when the gate stopped working, but Nixon promptly responded to our call and arrived to assist us. We wouldn't hesitate to book his listings again in the future!

Stayed in this unit with a group of friends. The unit was clean and well furnished. There was adequate space to lounge. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood. There is a railway track across the fence, however the frequency of trains passing by is low and we did not find it to be disturbing the peace n quiet.

Host very responsive and helpful. The house exactly like picture provided. Pool only suitable for small kids. The location also nearby Aeon Mall & Lotus. Easy to find foods. Highly recommended for people looking for nice and comfort homestay at Taiping.

Nixon's place was super clean & comfortable for 3 small families. Simple & minimalist interior. Porch can accommodate 2 cars parked back to back. Kids enjoyed the pool - size was just nice for small kids age 3-10, and could be a relaxing 'tub' for adults too. As a host, Nixon was responsive & easy to deal with. Overall, a pleasant stay for our family.
