Had a great stay. Loved walking down to the beach and looping around to surrounding neighborhood and downtown Long Beach. Enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. The couch was so comfy as were the beds. Also, the artwork and furnishings give the space a light, airy clean feel that we all enjoyed. It was super hot, so we didn’t spend that much time outside, but the front and back porch were cozy and comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the swing. Joseph and his Mom who lives nearby were responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at Joseph’s!

This beautiful property is everything as listed and more including curated shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. No detail is missed. Perfect place to kick back and enjoy the beach that's just a short walk away or explore the area attractions.

This is a beautiful home in a super location. The views are incredible from both the front and back porches. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. It’s apparent this is a family home, and not just a rental. I will definitely be back next year!!

My family and I LOVED staying at this home!! It was the nicest airbnb we’ve stayed in, and let me say that pictures do not do this place justice. We were traveling with our infant, and it had everything we could have needed, and more. The house is immaculate, bedding, and beds super comfortable, great couch! The list could seriously go on! Joseph’s mother, Jan, lives across the street and is so helpful and sweet! She even baked us muffins 😊 The street the home is on is very peaceful, and beautiful. Easy walk to the beach, and it was very nice :) quick 2 minute drive to the local restaurants or a doable walk! We had so much fun, and thoroughly enjoyed the location as we were central to all the places we wanted to go. The kitchen is gorgeous, and has absolutely everything you would need. Communication was really great, and Joe sent an email with recommendations, and useful info! We would give this place 10 stars if we could, and we will be staying here again on our next trip! 😄

This was our second time to stay at this house and it wont be our last! Wish we could have stayed longer. Our kids had a blast and asked if we could live there lol.
