Great clean townhouse with very stylish decor. Easy to get in and out of the townhouse, some amenities for the convenience of the guests. It was noisy for light sleepers though, having 2 bedrooms facing a busy street with considerable amount of traffic.
The town home is very clean and spacious, the self-checkin was smooth. We've been stayed in the listing for one week, and really like the location, it's about 10min drive to Richmond and 15-20min drive to downtown.
Really nice stay! Very good host and super fast responses. The dishwasher was not in service due to an issue, but it was a very minor blip and was fixed.
The townhome was a dream. Modern amenities, 2 parking spaces with basement access, super clean, very trendy and lots and lots of space. The decor alone was an attraction itself. I can understand the need to provide all the background checks run by a third party because the furnishings are HIGH END. Ian was responsive and easy to get a hold of. The various videos showing how to deal with the garage, garbage etc were great. Location was close to Vancouver, Richmond and the airport. A good balance.
Located in a residential area yet close to the Marple shopping district. Walking distance / short drive to tons of international cuisines, Safeway supermarket, as well as cafes! Elementary & secondary schools are also close by.
